Administration Assistant 

GRADE G3 6 – 9 (£18,812 - £19,948) pro rata based on 37 hours per week for 39 weeks per year
We are looking to appoint an enthusiastic, honest and friendly person to be part of our front-of-house admin team.
The role will involve reception tasks including answering the telephone, communicating daily with parents and meeting and greeting visitors.
Do you have:
  • excellent keyboard and communication skills?
  • a sound knowledge of standard office software?
  • knowledge of Integris and other school-based applications?
  • experience of working within a team?
  • an ability to promote the values of the school?
  • good self-awareness?

Clerk To The Governors

Grade:  G4. 9-12 (£19,948 - £21,153) pro rata
88 hours per year – 52 weeks per year
Travel expenses will also be paid

The governors are looking for a reliable, efficient and effective Clerk to join our team. The successful applicant will be required to attend all Full Governing Body Meetings and Committee Meetings.
  There are six Full Governor Meetings per school year held on Thursday evenings and lasting a maximum of two hours. The Committee Meetings, which take place after school hours, are held as and when required with approximately 15 per academic year. There will be some months where there are no committee meetings.

The successful applicant will be expected to liaise closely with the Chair of Governors and Head teacher.

  • an efficient and effective administrator?
  • able to set agendas and take detailed minutes?
  • able to keep detailed files of all relevant paperwork?
  • able to source and provide advice to the governing body on governance, constitutional and procedural matters?
  • willing to undertake relevant training?
  • able to abide by the confidentiality of the role at all times?
  • conversant with IT?
